Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 3/4 cup (6 ounces) vanilla yogurt or kefir
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine in a blendr all the ingredients and blend fully until soomth. Serve chilled.

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons apple, diced
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 ½ cups turkey, cut into cubes (chicken)
  • ½ cup plain Latta Kefir
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • favorite bread

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix it well. After mixing it place the bowl with cover in the fridge and serve with bread and tomato slices.

  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 cups of plain kefir
  • 1 cup of strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger juice (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients and blend until fully smooth. If desired, add more honey and blend to combine and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
