Strawberry-Ginger Shake

A healthy and refreshing treat that is easy to prepare with a fresh ingredients.

Strawberry-Ginger Shake


  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 cups of plain kefir
  • 1 cup of strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger juice (to taste)


  1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients and blend until fully smooth. If desired, add more honey and blend to combine and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
